A ticket in under a minute, at the counter.
Type a phone number and the customer, their devices and their repair history come back. Pick the model, pick the repair, and the price comes straight off your matrix .... no one guessing, no one undercharging.
The Bench
Once it's checked in, the ticket does the chasing.
Diagnosis, parts, approval and payment all live on the one screen so the tech never leaves the ticket to get the job done.

Yes. Customers, devices, open tickets and repair history import from RepairDesk, RepairShopr, RepairQ and MyRepairApp, plus any CSV. Most shops are running the same day. We do the first import with you on a call.
Yes! Rename them, reorder them, add your own. Each stage carries its own automatic text and its own age threshold, so a stage like "waiting on customer approval" can sit for days without turning red while "in repair" flags after four hours.
It's the same web app on every screen, no separate download. Techs run intake on a tablet at the counter and check the board from their phone. Nothing is locked to a desktop.
NO it does not cost per location. We have a multi-location plan which includes up to three locations. After 3 locations we would move you into enterprise and give you a custom rate based on locations.
No. Felloww is off until you turn it on, and even then you choose whether it can quote prices or only take messages. Everything on this page works with it switched off.
